I specialize in making complex systems usable—whether that’s analytics, AI-enabled workflows, or client-facing operating models—by combining technical fluency with clear strategic framing.
My relationship with technology has always been hands-on. What started as an early ease with complex software evolved into deep work with video production tools, data platforms, and business-critical systems such as ERP and process-intelligence environments. Along the way, I developed a strong instinct for how people actually interact with tools—and where friction quietly kills value.
In recent years, my focus has shifted toward analytics and automation, working extensively with SQL and Python to explore how modern, open libraries can power practical, high-impact solutions.
